The DEA Toxicology Testing Program (DEA TOX) published a Fourth Quarter 2023 Report presenting results of cases analyzed and completed between October 1, 2023, through December 31, 2023. During this period, 136 biological samples from 119 cases originating from 15 states were submitted to DEA TOX. A total of 838 drugs and metabolites were identified and confirmed.
