Preregistration Deadline and Cancellation/Refund Policies

Early Registration Deadline

Will be set to end approximately 60 days before the scheduled event.

Regular registration rates begin to apply after the last day of the Early Registration Deadline stated on the website.

Cancellation/Refund Policies

Conference Registration

If a registrant is unable to attend an event for any reason they may substitute, by prior notice and accepted arrangements made with the registrar, someone else from the same institute/organization. If a registrant is unable to attend, and providing the conference organizers are informed in writing by the final date for payment that is displayed on the website for the event in question, a registrant can leave the fee paid with the organizers as payment towards a place at the same event.

Where the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her place to another person or to another event, then the following refund arrangements apply:

Early Registrations cancelled more than 60 days before the event will be refunded 80% of the registration fees.

Registrations cancelled less than 60 but more than 30 days before the event will be refunded 50% of the registration fees.

Registrations cancelled less than 30 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.

NADDI reserves the right to cancel any training course that does not meet the minimum enrollment requirement. Registrants will be notified of cancellation at least 14 days prior to the conference start date and a full refund will be issued.

Conference refunds for registered participants who are for whatever reason unable to attend will be directed to the participant’s name on file. While the refund will be directed to the participant on file, it is the responsibility of the participant to direct the funds to their appropriate fiscal authority. Should you have to withdraw please ensure we have your correct mailing address on file.

Refunds will be made in the following ways:

For payments received by credit or debit cards, the same credit/debit card will be refunded or,

A check will be sent to the agency/organization we have on file.

Written requests for cancellation must be emailed to registration@naddi.org.
