A pediatrician in Missouri accused of writing prescriptions in exchange for sex and money has pleaded guilty.
Dr. Craig A. Spiegel, who practiced in Bridgeton, admitted to illegally distributing controlled substances, making false statements in court, and conspiracy to distribute drugs.
