NADDI’s cutoff date is scheduled for Tuesday, April 14th, 2026; please ensure that you book by this date. Once your cutoff date passes, the rate increases based on availability.
You may begin booking at any time. You can use the Room Booking Link or you can call the Hilton Reservations Department at 1-833-844-2961 (Monday-Friday 8am-5:30pm EST) option 1 and speaking with one of the Reservations Agents. They may need to leave a voicemail initially and will be called back by one of the representatives. You must say you are calling for the NADDI NPLEx – Conference Room Block 2026 in order to receive the group rate and discounted resort fee. THERE IS NO RESORT FEE.
Per the Hotel ~ As a reminder to our attendees: Upon check-in, your card issuing bank will place a hold on their debit or credit card for room & tax charges, any applicable resort fees, plus $50.00 for incidentals per day for the entire stay. This hold may not be released by the issuing bank for up to ten business days after your departure. (Incidental charges are costs of items and services that are not part of the main bill. The incidentals per day of $50.00 may also be secured by a cash deposit at check-in. The Incidental deposit is not negotiable.)
Note: The $40.00 Resort Fee is waived for the NADDI attendees and the discounted day visitor and overnight parking fee is $10.00 per day.
