NADDI’s objective is simple: to improve its members’ ability to investigate, prosecute, and prevent illicit drug diversion.

Introduction

Welcome to the Home Page of the Ohio Chapter of NADDI, also known as NADDI of Ohio. Our goals are to provide education and training that will help our members identify illicit drug activity; to enhance drug prevention and investigation practices; and to promote cooperation and networking between stakeholders.

NADDI of Ohio was established in 1995, and has consistently been an active chapter. Some of our members have been involved with NADDI from its inception. Our members are from local, state and federal law enforcement agencies, state regulatory agencies, healthcare fraud investigators and pharmacy loss prevention. All of our members provide valuable time, energy, and resources to curb the current drug epidemic in the State of Ohio.

NADDI of Ohio’s main objective is to provide networking and training for the State of Ohio. Our goal is to provide cooperative education and training in the current drug trends and specifics of illicit drug activity, including drug diversion, healthcare fraud, and techniques used for the investigation, prosecution and prevention within the state and nationwide.  We encourage the sharing of investigative information and communicating trends with our members. We strive to develop more effective measures to combat the illicit drug problem and enhance your individual job skills. We praise our members and the accomplishments of their efforts.

During the course of attaining that objective, NADDI of Ohio will promote an atmosphere of cooperation and sharing of information between members and their respective agencies.

Stay tuned, there is so much more to come!

NADDI of Ohio ~ Chapter History

Ohio was the 2nd State to establish a chapter within the NADDI organization. The State Chapter was approved on November 13, 1995 and has been one of the longest running Chapter’s in the NADDI organization. Some of the Ohio Chapter members have been with NADDI since the inception of the Chapter and have provided dedicated support whenever needed.

The Ohio Chapter has always been at the forefront in providing quality training for drug investigations and current trends. During the infancy of the chapter, the Ohio members networked with a variety of healthcare and law enforcement institutions to provide basic diversion education and training, during the emerging crisis, and they contue with the same drive over the decades.

The Ohio Chapter has always been proactive in providing information and resources to its members. The Chapter has partnered with many State and Local school, training’s, and community advocacy groups to educate and network with the State of Ohio. We look forward to seeing what 2025 will bring. We thank the Ohio Board of Directors for their time and all their efforts!

We would also like to thank the following Ohio Chapter members who have volunteered their time and efforts to the NADDI organization and the State Chapter Board of Directors!
