A temporary restraining order has been granted against a local infusion clinic after patients alleged they were unknowingly injected with “gray market” weight loss injections.
Aurora Mobile IV and Wellness Infusion had its Cullman storefront raided on Friday, Nov. 7. Cullman County Circuit Court Judge Greg Nicholas would later issue a temporary restraining order against the business and its owners, Amanda and Chris Medders, barring them from engaging in the healthcare industry while the order is in effect. A preliminary injunction hearing is set for Thursday, Nov. 13.
