KS: 2 charged with murder after child dies from fentanyl toxicity

Two people have been arrested after a toddler died from fentanyl toxicity earlier this year.

The Leavenworth Police Department arrested 40-year-old Tara Huerta on Friday. The Kansas City Police Department arrested Kenneth Hedgecock, 34, days later.
