The most likely route of administration for CUMYL-4CN-BINACA is inhalation via smoking the chemical after it has been sprayed on plant material or vaping it after formulation in liquid. Dosage required for pharmacological effects in humans is unknown. Little is known about its absorption, distribution, elimination or time course.
