The Secretary is the guardian of the organization’s records, and is responsible for keeping the minutes of all the meetings of the membership or the Executive Board.
Jennifer’s duties also include the oversight of the Drug Take Back Programs for NADDI organization. While the duties can be tedious, the contacts and personal interactions are awesome!
For more than a decade, Jennifer has been a pillar of the NADDI organization! Her charming personality is a shining example of the NADDI organization’s goals and objectives.

MORE ABOUT JENNIFER
Jennifer Carpenter is currently the NADDI National Secretary. She previously held the position of National Vice President from December 2014 to November 2016. Jennifer also held the position of NADDI National Secretary from December 2009 – December 2014. Prior to this position, she was the President of the Kentucky Chapter of NADDI.
Jennifer has been a member of the NADDI organization for 18 years. Jennifer is currently the NADDI National Secretary and the primary contact for the RX Drug Drop Box Program. This program has been instrumental in the safe disposal of prescription medication for citizens within their respective communities.
Jennifer had been in Law Enforcement for 21 years before Retiring July 31, 2017. She had been conducting prescription drug investigations for the past 18 years. Jennifer retired as an Investigator with the Kentucky Office of the Attorney General in the Drug Investigations Branch. While employed at the KY OAG, Jennifer had been on the Attorney General’s Internet Pharmacy Task Force that resulted in laws being created to target illegal Out of State Pharmacies and illegal prescriptions being shipped into the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Jennifer has been involved with numerous investigations involving health care professionals diverting prescription drugs and dismantling drug trafficking organizations. Jennifer worked closely with regulatory agencies as well as other law enforcement agencies throughout the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
Jennifer was also assigned to the Drug Enforcement Administration, Tactical Diversion Squad in Lexington, Kentucky. She is a certified instructor with the Kentucky Law Enforcement Council and teaches Prescription Fraud Investigations and Controlled Substances to Kentucky Law Enforcement Officers.
