Over the past decade law enforcement in the US & Canada have discovered various forms of original Sweet Tarts brand candy that have been adulterated with illegal substances (ex Xanax, LSD) and other counterfeit tablets known on the streets as “Sweet Tarts” that have been manufactured in clandestine labs that have contained various illegal substances (ex Heroin, Alprazolam, Fentanyl, and other NPS)
Some of the pills have an “S” stamped on the surface to further replicate the appearance of a Sweet Tart candy.
