MISSISSIPPI
STATE CHAPTER
NADDI’s objective is simple: to improve its
members’ ability to investigate, prosecute,
and prevent pharmaceutical drug diversion.
NADDI OF MISSISSIPPI
NADDI of MISSISSIPPI
INTRODUCTION
Welcome to the Home Page of the Mississippi Chapter of the National Association of Drug Diversion Investigators, also known as NADDI of Mississippi. Our goals are to provide training that will help our members conduct drug diversion investigations and to promote cooperation and networking between investigators and agencies.
NADDI of Mississippi was established in March 1997, and has consistently been an active chapter. Some of our members have been involved with NADDI from its inception. Our members are from local, state and federal law enforcement agencies, state regulatory agencies, health fraud investigators and pharmacy loss prevention. All of our members enforce the laws and regulations that govern prescription drugs and health care in Mississippi.
Since one of NADDI of Mississippi’s main objectives is training, we have quarterly meetings and often have guest speakers who share their expertise and experience. NADDI of Mississippi publishes an informative newsletter on a quarterly basis so that members know about current issues such as drug trends, changes in the law, and the accomplishments of our members.

CHAPTER HISTORY
Mississippi was the 24th State to establish a chapter within the NADDI organization. The State Chapter was approved on August 18, 2008 and has been a solid chapter and amazing resource for the past 11 years. Many
of the Mississippi Chapter members have been with NADDI since the initiation of the Chapter and have provided dedicated support to maintain and sustain the Chapter.
President Thomas Washington has guided the State Chapter team since its beginning, providing regular meetings, resources, and the introduction of many special projects. The Mississippi team has worked effortlessly to provide the most current information at their training’s; credits for healthcare; and various community networking projects. In
2014 the State Chapter team orchestrated the placement of 82 Drug Drop Boxes across the State of Mississippi; Kudos!
There have also been many State and Regional Training’s that have brought a wealth of information to our members and there are plans to keep the momentum rolling in 2020. We thank the Mississippi Board of
Directors for their dedication and all their efforts!
We would also like to thank the following Mississippi members who have volunteered their time and efforts to the NADDI organization and the Mississippi State Chapter Board of Directors!
