PANT takes more Fentanyl Poison off the Street, including pure powdered Fentanyl – Other drugs/stolen firearm seized – 3 Suspects Arrested
On May 1, 2020, 28-year-old Jeffrey Wagner, 23-year-old Ashleigh Olivas, and 27-year-old Shelbie Fromm, were arrested at an apartment in the 4800 block of N. Robert Road, Prescott Valley, following a search warrant service. Wagner and Olivas were found to be in possession of a pill press with fentanyl residue, saleable quantities of Methamphetamine, Fentanyl, and Heroin. Wagner was also found to be in possession of a stolen shot gun out of Prescott Valley. Fromm was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia while on felony release. All subjects were booked into the Camp Verde Detention Center. Olivas and Fromm are held without bond and Wagner has bond of $125,000.
Background – In recent months, Partner’s Against Narcotics Trafficking (PANT) detectives developed information that Wagner was selling powdered fentanyl, heroin and fentanyl pills out of his residence. Wagner was usually armed with a handgun during the sale. Additionally, Wagner and Olivas had been stopped previously and Olivas was found in possession of heroin. The court matter is pending.
Based on several leads indicating the sales of fentanyl and other drugs from the Robert Road apartment, detectives obtained a search warrant which was served May 1, 2020. Several video surveillance cameras were found as detectives contained and detained suspects. In a room adjoining the garage, detectives found more than 30 grams of heroin, approximately 225 fentanyl pills, more than 8 grams of pure fentanyl and 11 grams of methamphetamine. Inside a lock box, 2 loaded handguns were found and an apparent counterfeit $100 bill. Additionally, detectives discovered more fentanyl in a hide-a-can along with numerous items of paraphernalia.
On a shelf, a pill press was seized with fentanyl residue and scales to weigh narcotics. Hanging on the back of the dresser was a 12-gauge shotgun and a later record check indicated it was stolen.
During booking, additional fentanyl was found in Wagner’s possession.
